§ 12.36.220. Appeal.

Any person adversely affected by a decision of the city manager in the enforcement or interpretation of any of the terms of provisions of this chapter may appeal such decisions to the tree commission. Such appeal shall be taken by filing written notice with the city manager, with a copy to the city clerk, within 10 days after the written decision of the city manager is mailed to the applicant. The decision of the tree commission may be appealed to the city council for the final determination. Such appeal shall be filed with the city clerk in writing within five days after the decision of the tree commission. The city council shall thereafter set a date to consider the appeal. The decision of the city council shall be final.
