§ 12.36.210. Emergencies.¶

In case of emergencies, such as earthquake, windstorm, flood, freeze, or other disasters, the requirements of these regulations may be waived by the city manager, upon a finding that such waiver is necessary so that public or private work to restore order in the city will not be impeded. (Prior code § 17A.22)
