§ 15.16.010. Definitions.¶

The definition of recreational vehicle and recreational vehicle park shall be the same as contained in the city of Susanville Municipal Code Section 17.08.010 . The definition recreational vehicle shall also include a "slide-in camper" as that term is defined in Section 18012.4 of the California Health and Safety Code.

§ 15.16.020. Use of recreational vehicles for occupancy as living quarters prohibited.¶

It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to establish, keep or maintain any recreational vehicle or tent trailer for occupancy as living quarters on any public road or private property other than in a legally established recreational vehicle park operated under permits from the state and the city.
