Chapter 17.130 — DENSITY BONUSES AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING INCENTIVES

§ 17.130.010. Purpose and intent.¶

Residential development shall comply with the allowability of density bonuses, incentives, exemptions, and concessions in compliance with State Density Bonus Law (Government Code Section 65915 , as revised). Government Code Section 65915 requires the city to provide incentives for affordable housing, senior housing, and childcare facilities. (Ord. 24-1044, 9/18/2024)
