§ 12.12.010. Snow removal—Duty of property owner.

Every person owning any real estate fronting on that portion of Main Street lying between Roop Street and Weather-low Street shall be, and is required to immediately remove therefrom, at an hour not later than ten a.m., any snow which may fall on the sidewalk area immediately in front of such property owner's property. (Prior code § 17.14)

§ 12.12.020. Snow removal—Removal by city.

In case any property owner shall fail to remove the snow immediately on notice from the chief of police, then the chief of police may cause such snow to be removed and the expense thereof shall be a charge against the property. (Prior code § 17.15)
