Sec. 2-73. - Special provisions applicable to bicycles and toys.

Any bicycles or toys, or both, in the possession of the sheriff of the county which have been unclaimed for a period of at least three months may be turned over, by the sheriff, to the probation officer of the county for use by him in any program of activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.
