Division 2 — Sale, etc., of Unclaimed Property.

Sec. 2-68. - Sale generally.

At the time and place specified in the notice provided for by Section 2-67 the sheriff shall sell for cash at public auction to the highest bidder all of such unclaimed personal property which is subject to sale under this division and as to which one (1) or more bids are received.
