Sec. 2-69. - Proceeds from sale—Expenses of sale.

All money received upon sales referred to in Section 2-68 shall be deposited by the sheriff in the general fund in the county treasury. All costs and expenses of such sales shall be a proper charge in the budget of the sheriff's department.
