Division 2 — Sale, etc., of Unclaimed Property.

Sec. 2-66. - Disposition of property held as evidence.

Any property regulated by this division held as evidence in any criminal or civil proceeding or pursuant to any court order shall be disposed of only upon order of the proper court or officer.
