1003A.8 Parking areas. Parking space numbering shall not correspond to the guest room or dwelling unit number.

Exterior parking areas and access thereto shall be provided with a minimum of 1/2 foot-candle (5.38 lx) of light on the parking surface when the a re a is unoccupied. Lighting devices shall be protected by weather- and vandalism-resistant covers.
