Section 504D — UNREINFORCED MASONRY PARAPETS AND APPENDAGES

The removal, stabilization or bracing of unreinforced masonry parapets or appendages, the application for a permit for which was filed after February 15, 1993, shall comply with Section 513C.6. Certain parapets or appendages, previously exempted under this section, shall be removed, or stabilized, or braced when required by Section 513C.6.
