Sec. 2-4.901. - Offices consolidated.¶

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the provisions of Section 24300 of the Government Code of the State, the duties of the Sheriff and Coroner are hereby consolidated in one office, and such office shall be known as the office of the Sheriff and Coroner. The duties of such office shall be performed by one person elected to such office in the manner provided by law.
