Sec. 2-4.101. - Fees collected by officers and employees.¶
All salaried officers of the County, and their deputies, assistants, and employees, and the several judicial districts thereof shall charge and collect for the use of the County, account therefor, and pay into the County Treasury, in the manner and at the time prescribed by law, any fee allowed by law in all cases except where such fees, or a percentage thereof, shall be allowed such officers by statute or express provisions of this Code.
