Sec. 2-4.1101. - Social Services Director.¶

There is hereby established the position of Social Services Director. The Social Services Director shall be appointed by the Board, and shall serve as the executive and administrative officer of the County Social Services Department. The Social Services Director shall perform the powers and duties outlined in Welfare and Institutions Code Sections 10802 and 10803, and any amendments thereto.
