Sec. 2-8.01. - Declaration of adherence to standards.¶
While receiving any aid from the State pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040, of the Penal Code of the State, the County will adhere to the standards for selection and training established by the State Board of Corrections, as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual for Participating Departments, effective March 15, 1982.

Sec. 2-8.02. - Termination.¶
If at any time the County chooses to terminate its participation in programs administered pursuant to Sections 6040 et seq. of the Penal Code of the State, the standards for selection and training established by the State Board of Corrections shall no longer be mandatorily imposed upon the County.
