Plumas County Municipal Code Art. 4 District Attorney and Public Administrator

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the provisions of Section 24300 of the Government Code of the State, the duties of the District Attorney and Public Administrator are hereby consolidated in one office, and such office shall be known as the office of the District Attorney and Public Administrator. The duties of such office shall be performed by one person elected to such office in the manner prescribed by law.
