Sec. 2-4.251. - Offices consolidated.¶
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the provisions of Section 24304 of the Government Code of the State, the duties of the offices of County Clerk and Recorder are hereby consolidated, and the budgets of said offices shall be consolidated pursuant to the provisions of Section 24305 of the Government Code of the State.
