Sec. 2-4.151. - Administrative fee.¶

Whenever it is determined by the Planning Director that an environmental review fee shall be collected by the County Clerk to be paid to the State Department of Fish and Game, in addition to such fee the project applicant shall pay a Fifty and no/100ths ($50.00) Dollar administrative fee to the County Clerk for costs incurred in connection therewith.
