Sec. 2.15. - Salary of city clerk.

The salary of the city clerk shall be set by resolution of the city council.

Sec. 2.16. - Bond.

The city clerk and ex officio assessor of the city, before entering upon the discharge of his duties, shall execute to the city a bond conditioned for the faithful performance of his duty in the penal sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).

Sec. 2.16.1. - Duties.

In addition to the duties prescribed by law, resolutions and directions of this council, the city clerk shall make and keep up to date an inventory of all property, real and personal, owned by the city.
