2022 and subsequent editions of the International Property Maintenance Code of the Existing Building Code, of which not less than three copies have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted by reference, without publication in the manner provided by Needles City Charter Section 523 The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1994 Edition, Copyright 1994, by the International Conference of Building Officials, of which not less than three copies have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted by reference, without publication in the manner provided by Needles City Charter Section 523.

No person shall remove, alter, cover or fail to comply with any notice after it is posted until the required repairs, demolitions or removal have been completed and the certificate of occupancy has been issued. It is a misdemeanor to so do, except by an authorized representative of the department or upon written notification from the Chief Building Official. (Ord. No. 581-AC.)
