3-1 Animals And Unauthorized Vehicles Prohibited On Municipal Golf Course 3-2 Repealed By Ordinance No 79-AC 3-3 Presence Of Minors At Public Dances 3-4 Minors Under Eighteen Prohibited In Poolrooms

3-1 Animals And Unauthorized Vehicles Prohibited On Municipal Golf Course
No person shall drive an unauthorized vehicle of any kind upon the playing portions of the Municipal Golf Course.
No person shall allow or permit any animal to go upon, or stray on, the playing portion of the Municipal Golf Course. (Ord. 371-NS)
3-2 Repealed By Ordinance No 79-AC
3-3 Presence Of Minors At Public Dances
It shall be unlawful for any person owning, managing or in charge or control of any public dance hall to permit, suffer or allow any person under the age of eighteen to be present at or to participate in the entertainment offered at such public dance hall during the continuance of a public dance, unless such minor is accompanied by his own parent or guardian. (Ord. 113-NS)
3-4 Minors Under Eighteen Prohibited In Poolrooms
No person owning, managing or in charge or control of any billiard room, poolroom or any business of this class shall permit any person under the age of eighteen years to be present at or participate in any games or amusements usually carried on in such places. (Ord. 1913, Section 72; 1-19-14)
