The Uniform Sign Code, 1985 Edition, Copyright 1985, by the International Conference of Building Officials, of which not less than three copies have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk, is hereby adopted by reference, without publication in the manner provided by Needles City Charter Section 523.
