Those sections of the California Vehicle Code bail schedule pertaining to and establishing bail amounts for parking violations are adopted by reference, without publications in the manner provided by Needles, City Charter Section 523. Not less than three copies of the California Vehicle Code bail schedule have been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk. Payments of any fine or penalty shall not relieve a person from the responsibility of correcting any violation.
