2.82.010 - Findings.¶
The board of supervisors finds that on the basis of employment conditions, the state of the county jail facilities, educational conditions and other pertinent circumstances, the operation of Section 1208 of the California Penal Code providing for a work furlough and educational program under the Cobey Work Furlough Law for Mono County jail prisoners is feasible in the county.

2.82.020 - Administration.¶
The sheriff of the county shall perform the functions of the work furlough administrator. As administrator, the sheriff is vested with that authority and shall discharge those duties as provided in Section 1208 of the California Penal Code.
