2.52.010 - Aid desired.

The board of supervisors of the county, for and on behalf of the county, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1, Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.

2.52.020 - State standards adherence pledged.

Pursuant to said Section 13522 of Chapter 1, the county, while receiving aid from the state pursuant to said Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards of recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
