2.54.010 - Adherence to established standards.¶
While receiving any state aid pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the county will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Board of Corrections.

2.54.020 - Establishment of trust account.¶
The Mono County auditor/controller shall establish a separate trust account for the handling of receipts and disbursements of all proceeds received by the county pursuant to Section 6040 et seq. of the California Penal Code.
