4.33.010 - Established.¶

Pursuant to the discretion vested in it by Section 6364 of the California Business and Professions Code, the board of supervisors establishes the Modoc County Law Library.

There is established a six member board of law library trustees, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6300, et seq. of the California Business and Professions Code.
