4.32.010 - Operation of program-Statutory authority.

The board of supervisors hereby finds that on the basis of employment conditions in Modoc County, and on the basis of the state of County Jail facilities following the completion of the new jail, that the operation of Section 1208 of the Penal Code of the state, relating to work furlough programs, insofar as it relates to employment, is feasible in Modoc County.

4.32.020 - Work furlough administrator appointed.

The Modoc County sheriff is appointed to perform the functions of the work furlough administrator as set forth in Section 1208 of the Penal Code.

4.32.030 - Facility and custodian designated.

The board designates the Modoc County Jail as the facility for confinement of prisoners classified for the work furlough program, and further designates the work furlough administrator as the custodian of the facility.
