4.12.010 - Juvenile justice commission designated- Function.

The county juvenile justice commission is designated to serve as the county delinquency prevention commission, and in that capacity it shall serve to coordinate on a countywide basis the work of those governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.

4.12.020 - Powers and duties.

The delinquency prevention commission is empowered to receive and disburse funds from governmental and nongovernmental sources for the purposes set forth in this chapter, and to do all other acts which a delinquency prevention commission is by law authorized to do.
