5.04.010 - License-Required.¶
It is unlawful for any person, as promoter, proprietor or manager of any exhibition or performance for public amusement, to engage in or carry on any such exhibition or performance within the county without first having obtained a license therefor from the county license collector.

5.04.020 - License-Fee-Term.¶
For each license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, the license collector shall charge and receive the sum of ten dollars, and the license shall be in full force and effect for a period of twenty days from and after the date of its issuance.

5.04.030 - Exemptions.¶
This chapter shall not apply to incorporated towns within the county, and shall not apply to local people, or exhibitions and performances the proceeds of which are devoted to religious, fraternal or charitable purposes.

5.04.040 - Violation-Penalty.¶
Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
