2.04.010 - City Hall designated.

The municipal building on the southeast corner of the intersection of 18th and "N" Streets in the city shall be known as the "City Hall".

2.04.020 - Time and place of regular council meetings.

A. The regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each and every month in the City Hall. The city council shall provide by resolution the time of each regular meeting.

B. In the event that the first or third Monday of a month is a city holiday, then the regular meeting shall be held upon the next business day.

2.04.030 - Meetings—Recreation and parks commission.

A. The recreation and parks commission of the city shall hold one (1) regular meeting each month in the city hall and may adjourn the same from time to time as the board may deem necessary and proper.

B. The recreation and parks commission shall provide by resolution the data and time of the regular meeting.

2.04.040 - Meetings—Personnel board.

A. The personnel board of the city shall hold one (1) regular meeting each month in the City Hall and may adjourn the same from time to time as the board may deem necessary and proper.

B. The personnel board shall provide by resolution the date and time of the regular meeting.

2.04.050 - Closed sessions—Violation of confidentiality a misdemeanor.

A. Disclosure Prohibited—Exception. No member of the city council or other person in attendance at a lawful closed session of the city council may disclose to any person any information about or concerning any report, communication, discussion or any other matter discussed, considered or decided in such session, except as may be permitted or required by law or authorized or sanctioned by the city council.

B. Confidential Briefing of Absent Council member. Any member of the city council not in attendance at a closed session of the city council may be briefed by the mayor or the city attorney as to what occurred at such session and when briefed shall refrain from disclosing such information except as may be authorized or sanctioned by the city council.

C. Disclosure to City Manager or City Attorney. The mayor may brief the city manager or the city attorney, or both, concerning any report, communication, discussion or other matter discussed, considered or decided in a closed session. Such information shall not be disclosed by the city manager or city attorney except as may be authorized or sanctioned by the city council or necessary to implement the council's instructions.

D. When Not Applicable. This section does not prohibit the disclosure of any matters discussed, considered or decided at a closed session that the Ralph M. Brown Act (Sections 54950, et seq. of the Government Code) does not authorize to be discussed, considered or decided at such session, nor does this section prohibit the disclosure of any other violation of the Act.
