2.16.010 - Duties generally.

Any applications required to be filed with the city or fees required to be paid to the city pursuant to the provisions of this code shall be filed with or paid to the city clerk, unless otherwise provided by this code.

The city clerk for the city shall receive a salary from the city as prescribed by law for his/her duties as city clerk.
