Sec. 2.70.010 - Establishment of Assistant and Deputy Probation Officer Positions.

In compliance with Government Code Section 69906.5, the offices of Assistant Probation Officer and Deputy Probation Officer are hereby established, and the Probation Officer may appoint one or more Deputy Probation Officers as previously authorized by Resolution No. 93-014.
