Sec. 2.20.010 - County Land Surveyor's Position.

That the elective position of County Surveyor is hereby abolished, and henceforth the position of County Land Surveyor shall be an appointive position in accordance with Government Code Section 27550. Said County Land Surveyor shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Mendocino.
