5.37.120 - Effective Date.

"Effective Date" means July 1, 1992 except that for Eligible Employees in the Registered Nurses Representation Unit (Unit 311) and the Supervisory Registered Nurses Representation Unit (Unit 312) the Effective Date shall mean April 1, 1992.

5.37.130 - Payments.

The County shall from time to time, upon request of a Participant made in writing not later than six months following the end of a Plan Year, reimburse all or part of the Dependent Care Expenses incurred by the Participant during such Plan Year; provided, however, that:

The aggregate of all such payments during or in respect to a particular Plan Year shall be limited to the amount currently credited to the Participant's Dependent Care Spending Account and all such payments shall not exceed the Participant's total Maximum Amount for the Plan Year;

B.

Payments hereunder may be made only upon such proof of the Dependent Care Expense in question as the County shall in its discretion require. It is not necessary that such Dependent Care Expenses have been already paid by the Participant, but merely that, if not yet paid, there exists an obligation to pay them.

5.37.140 - Source of payments.

All of the amounts payable shall be paid from Contributions credited to the Dependent Care spending Accounts established by the County for the Participants who elect this Benefit under the Local 721 Cafeteria Plan for a Plan Year.
