10.16.010 - Right to use of roadway—Restricted.¶
No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a sidewalk in any business district.

10.16.020 - Standing in roadway or streets.¶
No pedestrian shall stand in any roadway or street other than in a safety zone or in a crosswalk if such action interferes with the lawful movement of traffic.
This section shall not apply to any police officer, surveyor, street sweeper or other person when necessarily upon the street in the line of duty.

10.16.030 - Pedestrians standing on sidewalks.¶
In any business district, no pedestrian shall stop or stand on a sidewalk except as near as is physically possible to the building line or the curb line.

10.16.040 - Pedestrians to obey signals.¶
At intersections where traffic is directed by a traffic or police officer or traffic sign or signal, no pedestrian shall cross the roadway other than with released traffic.
