§ 2-3.301. Daily deposits and reports.¶

All moneys belonging to the City, or collected or received for the use of the City by any officer or employee thereof, shall be deposited daily with the Director of Finance for the benefit of the funds to which such moneys respectively belong. At the time of making such deposit, such employee or officer shall file with the City Clerk a report for the deposit.
