§ 2-3.101. Chief Administrative Officer.¶
The Chief Administrative Officer shall furnish a corporate surety bond, to be approved by the Council, in such sum as may be determined by the Council. Such bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties imposed upon such position as prescribed in Article 4 of this chapter. The premium for such bond shall be a proper charge against the City.

§ 2-3.102. City Treasurer.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36518 of the Government Code of the State, and as recommended by the City Attorney, the bond of the City Treasurer shall be in the penal sum of $50,000.
