§ 2-10.01. Authority.

Pursuant to California Government Code Section 85702.5, the City may establish limits on contributions to a candidate for elective City office.

§ 2-10.02. Limitations on campaign contributions.

There shall be no limits as to the amount of contribution made to the campaign of a candidate for elective City office by any individual, entity, or committee.
