§ 10.09.010. Privately owned roadways open to public use.

The following privately owned and maintained roads and other areas are found and equated to be open for use by the public for purposes of vehicle traffic, and are so connected with highways that the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the state of California should be applied in their entirety to said roads and areas:

A. Hawthorne Plaza Drive;

B. Parking lot entries to Hawthorne Plaza (unnamed).

§ 10.09.020. Regulation upon certain private roads and areas.

Pursuant to Section 21107.6 of the Vehicle Code of the state of California, all of the provisions of the Vehicle Code apply to all of the privately owned and maintained roads and areas described in Section 10.09.010 of this code.

§ 10.09.030. Regulation upon certain private off-street parking facilities.

The privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities that are located within the Hawthorne Plaza are found and declared to be open for use by the public for purposes of vehicular parking, pursuant to Section 21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code. All of the provisions of the Vehicle Code apply to all the privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities in the Hawthorne Plaza.
