2.44.010 - Contract authorization.¶
A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized; a copy of said contract being on file in the office of City Clerk, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

2.44.020 - Contract execution.¶
The Mayor of the Hawaiian Gardens City Council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.

2.44.030 - Contract amendment.¶
An amendment to the contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section and Section 2.44.040, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part of this section as though set out in full, a copy of which is available at the office of the City Clerk.

2.44.040 - Contract execution.¶
The Mayor is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the amendment for and on behalf of the agency.
