2.08.010 - Councilmember salaries.

Pursuant to California Government Code Section 36516, upon the seating of new Councilmembers after the general municipal election in November 6, 2007, Councilmember salaries shall be set per month, whereinafter, pursuant to California Government Code Section 36516.5 upon the seating of new Councilmembers after the general municipal election, Councilmember salaries shall be set at $795.83 per month.

2.08.030 - Mayor expenses determination.

The City Council does further find and determine that the Mayor of necessity does incur additional expenses during the term of Mayor that are difficult to itemize and report and that the minimum amount of such additional expenses incurred on a monthly average is the sum of $20.00 per month.

2.08.040 - Councilmember and Mayor expenses—Reimbursement.

Each member of the City Council shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses as fixed and determined by resolution of the City Council, consistent with State law and this Code.

2.08.050 - Compensation of officers and employees.

The salaries and compensation of officers and employees of the City shall be as fixed and determined by resolution of the City Council, except those fixed herein.
