2.16.010 - Removal of papers or documents from the City Hall.

No person, unless authorized by the City Clerk, Mayor or City Attorney, shall remove any papers or documents from the City Hall.

2.16.020 - Public places for posting notices.

The following are officially designated as public places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions or notices adopted or issued by the City:

A. City of Hawaiian Gardens

Civic Center 21815 Pioneer Boulevard Hawaiian Gardens, California 90716

B. City of Hawaiian Gardens

Lee Ware Park 22350 Wardham Avenue Hawaiian Gardens, California 90716

C. Lakewood Mobile Estates

2.16.030 - Posting.

All ordinances and all resolutions required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in at least three of the public places as set forth in Section 2.16.020 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code.

2.16.040 - Filing documents.

The Mayor of the City, the City Clerk, the City Attorney and the Mayor Pro Tem are each appointed the authorized agent of the City for the filing with such offices and officers of the State and of the County of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the City's business.
