11.22.010 - Operation on private property prohibited.¶
No person shall operate or park any type of motorized vehicle (as defined in Section 415 of the Vehicle Code of the state of California) upon the private property of another without first obtaining the written permission of the owner.

11.22.011 - Written permission in possession.¶
Persons who obtain permission from private property owners to operate motorized vehicles thereon shall maintain in their possession such written permission at all times while operating motorized vehicles on private property.

11.22.012 - Width and weight restrictions.¶
(a) Except in the M-1 zone, no person shall park or leave standing any commercial vehicle having a maximum width in excess of eighty inches or weighing in excess of ten thousand pounds upon private property for a period of time exceeding two hours, except when necessary for the purpose of making pickups and deliveries of goods, wares and merchandise from or to any building or structure, or for the delivery of building materials to a building site, and then only while loading or unloading operations are in progress.
(b) Any vehicle found in violation of this section may be cited and/or removed. If removed, said vehicle shall be stored until such time as it is claimed by the registered owner. The cost of removal and storage shall be borne by the registered owner.
(c) The provisions of this section shall not apply to passenger buses under the jurisdiction of either the California Public Utilities Commission or federal regulatory authority, or to any vehicle owned by a public utility while necessarily in use in the construction, installation or repair of any public utility.
(d) Penalty. Violations of this section shall be punishable as an infraction with a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars.

11.22.020 - Exceptions to application of chapter.¶
This chapter does not prohibit the use of such private property by:
(a) Emergency vehicles; or
(b) Vehicles of commerce in the course of the conduct of normal business; or
(c) Vehicles being operated on property devoted to commercial purposes where the general public is expressly or impliedly invited to such property; or
(d) Vehicles operated on property actually used for residential purposes, where such vehicle is there at the express or implied invitation of the owner or occupant.
