11.06.010 - Declared prima facie limits.

It is determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by state law upon the following streets is greater than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets. It is declared that the prima facie speed limit on those streets or parts of streets designated when signs are erected giving notice thereof shall be as follows:

Buena Vista Street, for its entire distance within the city Thirty-five miles per hour
Central Avenue between Mountain Avenue and Crestfield Avenue Thirty-five miles per hour
Duarte Road between Mountain Avenue and Highland Avenue Forty miles per hour
Evergreen Avenue between Mountain Avenue and Highland Avenue Thirty-five miles per hour
Las Lomas Road between Huntington Drive and Royal Oaks Drive Thirty-five miles per hour
Highland Avenue between Duarte Road and Royal Oaks Drive the city Thirty-five miles per hour
Huntington Drive for its entire distance within Forty miles per hour
Mountain Avenue for its entire distance within the city Thirty-five miles per hour
Mount Olive Drive between Huntington Drive and Royal Oaks Drive Thirty-five miles per hour
Royal Oaks Drive between Buena Vista Street and Highland Avenue Thirty miles per hour
Royal Oaks Drive between Highland Avenue and Mount Olive Drive Twenty-five miles per hour
Royal Oaks Drive between Mount Olive Drive and Las Lomas Road Thirty miles per hour
Royal Oaks Drive between Las Lomas Road and Fieldview Avenue Thirty miles per hour.
