15.56.010 - Statement of purpose.¶
It is the purpose of this chapter to promote the public health, safety and general welfare and to minimize obstruction of public pedestrian traffic upon public sidewalks.

15.56.020 - Compliance.¶
No business shall hereafter be constructed, located, extended, converted or altered without full compliance with the terms of this chapter and other applicable regulations.

15.56.030 - Setback requirements.¶
Businesses conducted through a service window to public property (sidewalk) shall be recessed thirty inches perpendicular to the building into private property.

15.56.040 - Noncompliance—Authority of building official.¶
Whenever any permit, building structure or equipment herein regulated is being used contrary to the provisions of this chapter, the building official shall order such use discontinued and the structure, or portion thereof, vacated by notice served on any person causing such use to be continued. The person shall discontinue the use within the time prescribed by the building official.
