Please review the document. If it is correctly prepared, and reflects the Court’s order, please review, sign, and return it to me within twenty days of the hearing date listed above. If it does not reflect the Court’s order, then you must state the reasons for disapproval to me within twenty days. Failure to notify me within the time limit will be considered an approval of the proposed order. These instructions are according to the California Rules of the Court, Rule number 5.125.
