No person shall operate or drive any vehicle used for advertising purposes or any advertising vehicle equipped with a sound-amplifying or loudspeaking device upon any street at any time within the City. (Ord. 77-24 § 4, 1977; Ord. 155 NS § 13, 1967; prior code § 13-5.)
