5.16.130 - Franchise agreement.

In addition to the terms and conditions required by this title, all other terms, conditions, procedures, rights and obligations of the city and any person or entity which constructs, installs or operates a cable system will be specified in a franchise agreement between the city and the grantee. All franchise agreements must be consistent with this title and, to the extent possible, non-discriminatory as to other franchise agreements granted pursuant to this title. The obligations of this title apply to all persons or entities that construct, install or operate cable systems regardless of whether such person or entity has a franchise agreement in effect.
