5.36.010 - Merry-go-rounds—Hours of operation.¶
No person shall operate or conduct a merry-go-round within the city between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of any week, or between 12:00 midnight on Saturday and 6:00 A.M. on Monday of any week.

5.36.020 - Location near residences.¶
No person shall establish, maintain or operate a merry-go-round in the city within two hundred feet of any residence or place of business without having procured the written consent of the residents residing within the restricted distance of two hundred feet.
